May the force of Sound Healing Meditations be with you! 😉🎶✨💌

My heart is so full! 🥰 What a gift to gather in community again! Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first community session back since March 8, 2020. Huge thanks to Chad and Stacey with CENTR CBD, Rob with Capitola Comic-Con and my Aunt Lisa and Cousin Sophia for your contribution. I couldn’t have done it without all of you. If you missed this session I’ll be in Los Angeles on May 14 at 7pm, and back in San Jose on May 22 at 5pm and 7pm.

UPDATE: We've had a change for our Los Angeles venue location and will no longer be working with Yoga Noho. However, I am really thankful for divine intervention and excited to be collaborating with 2 amazing and very generous community members / friends who are opening their beautiful home in Studio City for our group gatherings. The space is so warm and welcoming! Exact location address will be shared with ticket holders ONLY.

I am also happy to share that our partner CENTR is now offering one complimentary 30mg CBD Sparkling Drink for ALL attendee's and TWO for our Hall of Fame ticket holders. In addition, each Hall of Fame ticket holder for our May 14th session will receive a raw Amethyst crystal cluster of their choice to take home. Hall of Fame ticket holders for our May 22 sessions will receive a raw Citrine crystal cluster of their choice.

I will be going live on Facebook again for the 7pm session on May 22 for those of you who are unable to attend in person. I know we had a bit of a hiccup last session so we'll try again and hope for the best next time!

A friendly reminder that the doors close promptly and lock 5 minutes prior to the event start time. Due to the nature of the event WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE ENTRY. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to allow time for parking, check in and to get settled and comfortable. I do my best to ensure the details are clearly listed and available in more than one place including the eventbrite listing, ticket and confirmation email. If you're wanting to get a better seat I recommend purchasing the VIP or Hall of Fame option which allows you the earliest entry or arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the event start to get in line for when general admission access opens. Thank you for honoring and respecting our policies and procedures.

I look forward to connecting with all of you again soon! Click here if you feel called to join.

With hugs and gratitude,

Natalie

Affirm:

I am worthy and deserving of setting and maintaining boundaries that serve me. It's okay to say no or make decisions without explaing myself. I can hold a safe space for others to work through their lessons without taking their problems into my own hands. Each time I honor my boundaries I feel more and more confident to express my needs and create space for my desires. My boundaries help me take loving care of my body, mind and soul each and every day, in each and every way. And So It Is "Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others. We can't base our own worthiness on others' approval (and this is coming from someone who spent years trying to please everyone!). Only when we believe, deep down, that we are enough can we say 'Enough!'" - Brene Brown
